Fran Djoukeng

Fran D., Esquire, was a law clerk at the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. She worked previously as a litigation associate for Covington & Burling LLP. She earned her law degree in 2020 from Georgetown University Law Center, where she was a senior editor of the Georgetown Law Journal, and her undergraduate degree in communications from Brigham Young University in 2016.
