With an overwhelming amount of competition to land a dream career at a top company, my purpose is to make the process as seamless as possible. Students have a lot to offer and finding the balance between an ideal job function and a communal culture is critical for success. Being in a position to help businesses hire the right talent carries a great impact as it enables me to contribute to future workforce growth. Likewise, guiding students through a highly intensive process provides an opportunity to help them find success. I also have a strong passion for veteran recruiting, and helping with transition to the civilian workforce.
