This two-day programme provides a collaborative environment where you’ll acquire the skills, knowledge, and network to prepare for a career in Investment Banking.
This is an opportunity to learn about our Firm, dive into our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion journey, and engage with our women, ethnically diverse, LGBTQ+ and broader PWP communities.
You Will:
Gain exposure to technical concepts through a case study and training sessions
Participate in panel discussions with our bankers
Network with bankers across all levels to build your network
Hear from our senior leadership about their professional journey
Learn how to prepare for the PWP technical interviews
Have access to a fast-track application process for our 2026 internship opportunities
Program dates: Monday 7th & Tuesday 8th April 2025
Location: London
Deadline: December 31, 2024
Eligibility: Undergraduate students who identify as Black, Asian, Minority Ethnicity, and/or LGBTQ+ graduating between December 2026 – June 2027.
Application Instructions: Candidates interested in off-cycle and summer opportunities in Europe should apply to this position. We ask that candidates apply to one Prep Program. Note: Participants should ensure they are available to attend both days in-person in London prior to applying, PWP will support with travel and accommodation for those not currently based in London.
