Alvaro Jimenez
Founding Principal, Yunity Alpha

Alvaro Jimenez is a strategic multi-industry advisor with extensive experience in private equity,
venture capital, capital markets, and smart digital securities. With a background in finance, he
has overseen a $425 million portfolio from a $2 billion private equity fund and worked at
Microsoft. Alvaro is also a leading DeFi expert and has provided expert testimony in front of
House and Senate committees for blockchain bills in Washington State. In addition, he is a
