Lead to Inspire Fellowship for first year women MBA candidates - Fall 2025/January 2026

We are leading the conversation on women in business: we don’t just want women to be successful; we want to provide the resources, support and flexibility to help women thrive both professionally and personally. 
As you are starting an MBA and are considering consulting as a next step, we want to support you in this journey by providing you with one-on-one mentorship from a Bain leader. Your mentor will be personally invested in you, will provide you with all the information you need to make a decision that’s right for you and your career, will support your case prep, introduce you to a diverse mix of Bainies and discuss content you care about.
This MBA Fellowship is targeted to our Europe Middle East Africa offices only and for MBA students starting their MBAs in fall 2025 or January 2026.
