  • Position Summary


    The Product Specialist will be responsible for helping to build and transform the way we engage our limited partners, globally. This role will help lead the coordination and expansion of our Firm’s engagement with Limited Partners as well as accelerate our distribution efforts on a global basis.  


    The team will work closely with key stakeholders to centrally organize and provide portfolio updates, market insights and thought leadership to enhance our client interactions, communications, and marketing initiatives.This role reports to the Senior Product Specialist, Global Private Equity within Investor Relations responsible for the Carlyle Europe Partners and Carlyle Europe Technology Partners funds.


    The role will partner closely with the Senior Relationship Managers, Client Relationship Managers, Global Private Equity Investor Relations, Investment Teams, Fund Management and Senior Executives across the Firm.


    Key Duties/Responsibilities


    Primary Responsibilities

    • Enable successful fundraises by providing support, expertise, and leverage to Senior Product Specialist and Relationship Managers

    • Manage existing investors, including responding to requests 

    • Provide deep product knowledge and expertise

    • Ensure answers to clients are accurate, consistent, and appropriate

    • Understand and analyze industry trends and competitive landscape

    • Drive the engagement and alignment across the business with key stakeholders and partners to execute on the fundraising strategy and ongoing investor communications

    • Create and maintain marketing materials including presentations, investor updates, and thought-leadership



    RequirementsEducation & Certificates

    • Bachelors’ degree required

    Professional Experience

    • 1 - 2 years of experience

    • Proven strong organizational and project management skills
