What You Will Do


The Product Manager, Compensation – PGIM HR Solutions is part of the PGIM Global Human Resources Solutions and Data Insights team, reporting to the Vice President, PGIM HR Solutions and Data Insights, PGIM-Human Resources.


As a Product Manager, you will drive transformational change by developing solutions that enhance delivery of HR capabilities with a focus on Compensation and support PGIM’s dynamic business strategy. In this role, you will lead workstreams or projects related to the implementation of a suite of tools, including our beqom Compensation platform.


This position can be performed remotely or/ in a hybrid setting in one of our offices in New York, Newark, NJ or Tampa, FL.


Our organization follows a hybrid work structure where employees can work remotely or from the office, as needed, based on demands of specific tasks or personal work preferences. Working from the office is encouraged when working on tasks that require a high degree of collaboration.


What You Can Expect

  • Gathering business requirements and building consensus around business processes and design.

  • Designing and maintaining interfaces with upstream and downstream systems; making sure the data integration is efficient and auditable with error handling and integrity checks.

  • Creating test plans and identifying test cases and scenarios based on requirements documentation and data analyses. Testing enhancements to systems and data integrations.

  • Explore implementation approaches and options with product stakeholders, estimating realistic resource requirements and documenting scope and expected outcomes.

  • Developing a product roadmap that accounts for the release of new product features and ongoing delivery of process enhancements.

  • Understanding data structures. Creating and supporting internal projects to design, build, and test data analysis tools in SQL, Python, and other technologies.

  • Work with internal teams and clients to execute initiatives and creatively solve PGIM people-related data and systems challenges.

  • Collaborate with HR teams, Technology partners, and vendors to ensure the delivery of data and system front-end and integration capabilities, identify requirements for future enhancements, and help define the strategy and roadmap for our Compensation platform

What You Will Bring


Are you analytical, curious, and detail-oriented? This role requires exceptional problem-solving abilities, a continuous improvement mindset, and strong learning agility and technical skills, with demonstrated proficiency in business analysis, testing and SQL, and willingness to develop skills in Python and data analysis tools.

  • Deep analytical background with strong business analysis and testing skills.

  • Ability to develop strong relationships with teammates, clients, internal partners, and vendors to ensure successful delivery of solutions and support.

  • Able to manage work in a high-volume and fast-paced environment, juggle multiple priorities and flexible to work extended hours as needed

  • Advanced skills in SQL

  • Strong attention to detail, interpersonal skills, and ability to see the big picture

  • 7+ years of experience in a similar role. Experience in HR and Compensation systems

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience

What Will Set You Apart

  • Experience with beqom and Workday

  • Highly motivated and action-oriented with strong creative problem-solving, analytical and communication skills

  • Experience with an object-oriented programming language

  • Foundational knowledge of Python or willingness to develop skills in Python, or other programming tools

  • Experience with Power BI or other data analytics tools a plus

  • Financial services or Consulting industry and/or global experience preferred

Note: Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $120,000 to $150,000. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement
