Description:
AGC Partners is a global technology investment bank focused on middle market M&A and growth equity financings for emerging growth companies. Our transactions range in size from $25 million - $1 billion. Having completed over 70 deals in the last 18 months, 500+ deals closed since inception and the most SaaS transactions since 2010, AGC is the one of the most active tech banks in the world.
We are seeking candidates from the class of 2025 for our full-time Investment Banking Summer Analyst program in our Boston headquarters. The Summer Analyst program runs approximately 8-10 weeks.
To help you get the most out of your time at AGC, you will be teamed up with a member of our Analyst/Associate team, who will serve as your mentor during your time here. You will work alongside your mentor on all of their live deals, pitches and other general work. On top of the learning you will receive from supporting your mentors for the Summer, we also run weekly training sessions on more advanced topic like headcount driven operating models, customer files, recap modeling, etc., which will help give you exposure and live reps on more of the sophisticated parts of the M&A process that you may not get a chance to take on your mentor’s deals. The combination of our mentorship program and training program ensures that every participant in our summer analyst program comes away with the core skills of an investment banking analyst, as well as some live transaction experience that they can leverage in their banking interviews in the fall.
