As a Product Management Intern, you will be focused on enhancing success probability of HCE programs to accomplish and exceed orders & revenue goals. To do so, you will play a leadership role in driving systems roadmap, user adoption, and expanded use cases for leveraging Customer Insights in New Product Innovation. you will be working with cross-functional teams and all businesses across HCE and Honeywell.
You Are Expected To
Drive Customer centric outcome-based approach in HCE by conducting data analytics, surveys, meetings, program management, system functional requirements, and user adoption to understand the challenges and opportunities to capture and leverage customer insights in our innovation and commercialization process.
Collaborate with Cross-functional teams to provide quantitative and qualitative analysis to represent the health of HCE products, revenue trends and growth opportunities vis-à-vis Customer Insights.
Location: Atlanta, GA
Intern Pay Range: $23.00-$31.50
The hourly base range for this position is $23/hr - $31.50/hr. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Currently pursuing a Master’s degree (or higher) from an accredited college or university in (ex. Software Engineering) or similar field
Must graduate December 2025 or later
Must continue enrollment in degree program upon completion of the internship
Validated academic excellence (3.0 GPA and higher)
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S.
Master's in Operations Research / Management, General Management, Marketing, or Product Management IT.
Enrolled in a full-time MBA program.
5+ years of experience with SaaS companies in Customer Success, Product Management, Business Operations, and Marketing functions.

Self-starter who can probe with the right questions to support the timely and effective completion of their assignment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Advanced applications skills In analytics applications such as Microsoft Excel, MS-SQL, Tableau / PowerBI
Proficient in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint
Excellent planning, execution, and project-management skills
Ability to influence peers and excellent stakeholder management.
Ability to quickly pick up new systems and technology.
Product management, program management and/or business analyst experience implementing in complex processes.
