Retirement Plan Services (RPS) is known for pioneering innovations that span the $35 trillion retirement industry—from open investment architecture to the 401(k) plan designed to include exchange-traded funds. Aligned with our comprehensive recordkeeping services, this puts us in an ideal position to help our clients build a retirement plan approach that fits their particular business needs and supports the future well-being of their employees.
Stock Plan Services (SPS) provides a variety of solutions to large, publicly traded companies for the administration of their Equity Compensation plans. These plans include stock options, restricted stock, and employee stock purchase programs. SPS offers comprehensive solutions for the administration of these plans up to and including full outsourcing capabilities for the recordkeeping and employee services.
Designated Brokerage Services (DBS) helps employers that have a responsibility to monitor employee trading needs through a comprehensive approach that includes DBS and financial services for their employees, helping firms to proactively protect their business and employees.

Required Qualifications
Enrolled in a current undergraduate or graduate program tracking to start full-time employment between August 2025 and June 2026
Ability to work full time and be on-site at one of the Schwab locations during the 9-week program (June 9 to August 8, 2025)
