Job Description: AI Developer
Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy advanced AI and machine learning solutions that drive innovation and solve complex business challenges. The ideal candidate is passionate about AI, has hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement AI models, algorithms, and systems to address specific business needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver tailored AI solutions.
Optimize and fine-tune machine learning models for performance, accuracy, and scalability.
Design and maintain pipelines for data preprocessing, training, and deployment of AI models.
Monitor and troubleshoot AI systems in production to ensure reliability and efficiency.
Stay current with the latest developments in AI and machine learning technologies and tools.
Document technical processes, architectures, and implementations for knowledge sharing.
Qualifications:
Strong programming skills in Python, or other relevant languages.
Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
Knowledge of Amazon AWS Bedrock and accompanying tools - beneficial.
Knowledge of NVidia tools and framework - beneficial.
Knowledge of deep learning architectures, natural language processing (NLP), or computer vision techniques.
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP (preferred).
Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools for model deployment and monitoring.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Cybersecurity experience - beneficial.
