    • We are seeking a motivated and skilled Software Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in designing, developing, and maintaining our cutting-edge healthcare platform. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure Polly remains a reliable, scalable, and user-friendly solution.
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Design, develop, and maintain backend and frontend components of the Polly platform.
    • Collaborate with data scientists to integrate AI models into the platform for predictive analytics and personalized care plans.
    • Build secure and scalable APIs to support integration with healthcare providers, nursing homes, and hospitals.
    • Optimize application performance and ensure high reliability for our users.
    • Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to maintain high-quality standards.
    • Work with UX/UI designers to implement intuitive and accessible user interfaces.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in healthcare software development.
