The Business Analyst - Fundraising will play a key role in identifying, analyzing, and securing funding opportunities to support Parrots Inc.'s growth and innovation. This individual will collaborate with leadership to develop compelling proposals, build relationships with potential investors and grant providers, and ensure alignment between fundraising efforts and company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify funding opportunities, including grants, venture capital, angel investors, and strategic partnerships.
Analyze market trends, investor interests, and funding landscapes to identify alignment with Parrots Inc.'s mission and growth strategy.
Develop detailed business cases, pitch decks, and financial models to present to potential funders and stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights necessary for funding applications and proposals.
Coordinate and manage submission of grant applications and funding proposals, ensuring compliance with deadlines and requirements.
Track and report on fundraising progress, providing insights and recommendations for optimizing efforts.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, grant agencies, and potential partners.
Stay updated on emerging trends in healthcare technology, fundraising strategies, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
3+ years of experience in business analysis, fundraising, or financial strategy, preferably in the healthcare or technology sector.
Proven track record of developing successful fundraising proposals and securing funding.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
Familiarity with healthcare industry trends, grant application processes, and investor relations.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
