I run the world’s largest website for books written by, or about, Black people.
AALBC is seeking a college student consulting team to develop a long-term business strategy to navigate the evolving digital landscape, particularly in response to the growing impact of AI. The project aims to identify sustainable growth opportunities while maintaining the core mission of promoting African American literature.
Key Challenges to Address:
Adapting to the changing AI-driven publishing and media landscape.
Identifying revenue-generating opportunities to ensure sustainability.
Expanding audience engagement and reach through strategic marketing.
Enhancing digital presence and technology adoption for book promotion.
Expected Deliverables:
A comprehensive strategic plan outlining key growth strategies.
A market research report on industry trends and competitive positioning.
Recommendations for business model adjustments and revenue opportunities.
Insights on leveraging AI and digital tools for long-term sustainability.
Ideal Student Team Skills:

Engagement Details:
