Essential Functions/Responsibility Statements

  • Provide support to senior bankers.

  • Develop client presentation materials, including all background research, analysis and drafting.

  • Familiarity with financial models and other financial analysis.

  • Perform detailed valuation analysis, including discounted cash flow, trading comparables, precedent transactions and LBO analysis.

  • Support product partners and monitor entire execution process for transactions ensuring timely execution to meet client expectations.

  • Adhere to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with all applicable regulatory standards, requirements and policies.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent degree and/or equivalent work experience, in Finance, Business, or a related field.

Work Experience

  • 1+ years of experience in Investment Banking (Consumer & Retail experience preferred)

  • Skills and Abilities:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of corporate finance and investment banking products, with a preference to experience in Consumer & Retail (C&R).

  • Expert knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint with advanced financial modeling skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Team player and self-starter.

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

Salary: $82,500 - $135,000/year
