The Role

We’re seeking a junior in-house Communications Web Developer to play a central role in building and maintaining our growing ecosystem of websites and digital tools. In this role, you will support a range of ongoing communications, brand, and business development initiatives by bringing agility, cost-efficiency, and technical insight into our daily operations. You will have the opportunity to collaborate across teams, contribute to storytelling and UX improvements, and help shape the next generation of our digital brand presence.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and enhance the main TT site and multiple sister sites, ensuring stability and performance

  • Implement routine site updates, bug fixes, and template builds

  • Collaborate with Communications and BD teams to align site improvements with broader campaign strategies

  • Develop and maintain internal systems such as a content calendar and communications ticketing workflow

  • Prototype and A/B test new digital features, layouts, or tools

  • Create and support data visualizations for content and campaigns

  • Integrate and support a new expert-routing chatbot initiative

  • Optimize web assets and infrastructure for SEO, accessibility, and user experience

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in web development or a related field

  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

  • Familiarity with basic version control (Git) and testing workflows

  • Ability to build responsive, accessible, and performance-optimized web pages

  • Strong problem-solving skills and an agile mindset

  • Comfort collaborating across non-technical teams and translating technical needs into clear solutions

Compensation

The rate for this position generally is $70,000 - $80,000 annually. This range is a good faith estimate provided pursuant to the New York Pay Transparency Law. It is based on what a successful New York applicant might be paid and assumes that the successful candidate will be in New York or perform the position from New York. Similar positions located outside of New York will not necessarily receive the same compensation. Actual pay rates may vary from the range, as permitted by New York Equal Pay Transparency Law. Compensation offers will be based on various factors, including operational needs, individual education, qualifications and experience, work location and comparison to employee already in the role, as well as other considerations permitted by law. A potential new employee’s pay history will not be used in compensation decisions.
