KeyPath is an AI-powered fintech platform transforming the rental market by enabling tenants to earn fractional homeownership through blockchain-backed tokens. Our mission is to align the incentives of landlords, tenants, and community stakeholders to create a more equitable, stable housing economy. We’ve secured a pilot agreement with a major institutional landlord and are preparing for rapid market entry.
Role Overview
We’re looking for a motivated Business Development / Partnerships Intern who thrives in a startup environment. You’ll play a key role in helping us identify, research, and engage potential partners — from institutional landlords to housing nonprofits — to drive adoption of KeyPath’s platform.
What You’ll Do
Research and build a database of high-value partnership targets (institutional landlords, multifamily operators, housing nonprofits, and community organizations).
Identify decision-makers and gather strategic intel for outreach.
Draft tailored outreach messages and partnership proposals for review.
Support investor and partner pipeline tracking in our CRM.
Research and summarize housing market trends that support our go-to-market strategy.
