Rotational Program Associate: Technology
Rotational Associates gain experience and an overall feel for the company and the financial services industry by attending meetings, delivering presentations, and exploring business-specific tasks to better understand the organization. This role participates in a robust training and onboarding program followed by an ongoing speaker series, lunch-and-learns, and cohort engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities And Duties
Handles Information Technology (IT) support requests and procedures across the enterprise network in an efficient and timely manner.
Assists with the configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of software applications to ensure the smooth running of IT operations.
Assists in preparing information and research materials, including PowerPoint presentations.
Takes notes during meetings and provides to team members.
Researches and gathers documentation as directed by colleagues.
Attends company functions, including trainings programs, speaker series, lunch-and-learns and social networking events that provide opportunities for career growth and personal development.

Base Pay Range: $71,000/yr - $73,000/yr
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
