Responsibilities The Related Affordable Preservation Program is a 24-month early career rotational opportunity designed to provide hands-on experience in the multiple disciplines of Related’s affordable housing division. Analysts will gain exposure to multiple functional areas, mentorship from senior leaders, and professional development opportunities designed to prepare them for long-term careers in affordable housing.
APP Analysts will have the opportunity to potentially support and engage with the functions below during their 24-month program. While headquartered in NYC, APP Analyst rotations may include a 6-month placement in one Related Affordable’ s regional offices (Boston, Chicago, LA).

While the program is designed and structured as a 24-month experience, rotation length and overall program duration may change based on business needs and individual development.

Compensation The anticipated base salary range for this position is listed below. In addition to a competitive base salary, you will be eligible to receive discretionary bonus incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.
Anticipated base salary: $100,000
Actual base salary within the anticipated range will be determined by several components including, but not limited to, the individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and market factors.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with an expected graduation date of June 2026.
A passion for real estate and affordable housing, a strong entrepreneurial mind, and strong work ethic to have the potential to become part of a growing company on the forefront of real estate development and an industry leader.
Excellent quantitative and analytical skills; expertise with excel.
Exceptional time management and prioritization skills.
Demonstrates clear and concise communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
Strong attention to detail, along with a desire to grow and succeed is critical.
Must be able to work well in groups but also independently to manage and own tasks.
Desire and willingness to work in a Related Affordable regional office on a rotational basis.
Placement & Performance Expectations: While the program is designed to provide hands on experience and may lead to a full-time position with Related Affordable, completion of the program does not guarantee permanent employment. Full time placement is contingent upon:
Successful completion of program objectives and assigned rotations.
Demonstration of performance, collaboration, and alignment with Related Affordable values.
Business needs and available positions at the conclusion of the program.
