BT Family Office, LLC is currently seeking an Investment/Reporting Analyst to join their team. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reporting Analyst to join our growing team. Responsibilities
Support the team in a variety of analytical needs, including the creation and improvement of reports, support of manager due-diligence and ongoing analysis, building and monitoring portals within client reporting software, and documenting various client entity data.
Conduct thorough due diligence on existing and prospective fund investments, including analyzing fund strategy and composition, evaluating performance and attribution, interpreting key fund statistics, and reviewing prospectuses and other fund documents/ updates.
Contribute to regular client investment updates, including quarterly distribution reports, annual financial statements, performance reports, and research updates.
Manage clients’ alternative investments including subscription, capital calls, reporting, tax-prep, and communication.
Support client service and business development teams as needed.
Provide support for client onboarding of assets into reporting software.
Assist in the production and review of presentations, and other deliverables.
Assist Clients and team with reports as needed.
Qualifications
Proficient in use of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel, advanced Excel and data analytic skills preferred
1-3 years of previous financial industry experience preferred
Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills with an ability to convey complex ideas and solutions
Strategic and analytical thinker
Must have intellectual curiosity
Positive attitude and team player
Bachelor’s degree with a preference for finance and strong academic performance

Strong quantitative and analytical skills
Strong familiarity with, and interest in, investment concepts and financial markets and models
