Chevron is accepting online applications for the position Infrastructure – Business Performance & Finance Analyst (Pipelines, Terminals, Blending Plants) through 04/10/26 at 11:59 p.m. Central Time Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

  • Partner with business and functional stakeholders to provide financial and performance insights that support strategic and operational decision‑making.

  • Support business planning, forecasting, and performance management processes, including integration of actuals, business plan, and outlook.

  • Prepare and analyze financial results, identify drivers of performance, and communicate insights to leadership through clear and concise reporting.

  • Maintain strong financial controls and ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data across systems and reports.

  • Support capital and operating expense planning, tracking, and analysis, including variance analysis and management reporting.

  • Leverage financial systems, tools, and dashboards to improve efficiency, transparency, and data quality; identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.

  • Collaborate with enterprise and embedded finance teams to support benchmarking, performance dialogues, and value tracking initiatives as applicable.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline

  • Strong financial analysis, planning, and reporting capabilities

  • Experience working with financial systems and data (e.g., ERP, planning tools, dashboards)

  • Ability to translate complex financial information into clear insights for leadership

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Relocationwill not be considered within Chevron parameters.
