Location Overview Cboe HQ is located in the historic Old Post Office district, it’s a landmark that blends classic architecture with modern amenities. The building features expansive spaces with high ceilings and large windows, offering an abundance of natural light and panoramic views of the city skyline and the Chicago River.
With its prime location in the heart of downtown, the OPO Building provides easy access to major transportation hubs, including Union Station and multiple CTA lines, making it convenient for commuters. The building is home to a variety of amenities, including restaurants, a fitness center, and collaborative workspaces, creating a vibrant and dynamic work environment in one of Chicago's most iconic areas.
Role Overview The Analyst, Product Management, will be a member of the Clearing Product Management team within the business unit. In this role you will work closely with other technologists and financial experts to design, develop, and improve our critical clearing systems.
You will contribute to the team by helping define engineering best practices, architectural patterns, and standards. The systems you will work on will facilitate clearing listed derivatives, collateral management, and other post-trade services. Collaboration with other team members to solve complex problems that meet the demands of the financial technology space will be part of your day-to-day responsibilities.
The ideal candidate has the mindset to align diverse stakeholders, clearly articulate product decisions, and inspire cross-functional teams with a hands-on, can-do attitude to problem solving. The role will report to the Director of Product Management.
Key responsibilities will be: Product Strategy & Planning
Help communicate product vision and long-term roadmap in alignment with enterprise strategy, regulatory developments, and market shifts
Prioritization of platform features and enhancements based on strategic fit, business impact, and resource allocation
Product Development & Delivery Oversight
Translate complex business and regulatory requirements into actionable deliverables for Engineering, Infrastructure, Risk, and Operations teams
Assist engineering and QA teams to manage priorities and plan release content, ensuring clarity of requirements and timely, high-quality delivery
Monitor release testing and operational performance, resolving issues that impact product delivery
Participate in manual QA processes across all releases, ensuring thorough testing prior to production deployment
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Engage with clearing members and end-users to ensure cohesive product delivery and stakeholder alignment
Facilitate onboarding and education for new products and services
Provide comprehensive support to internal teams including clearing operations, infrastructure, and client services
The ideal candidate has:
2+ years' experience in business analysis or product management role, preferably at a Futures Commission Merchant (FCM), Broker-Dealer, Bank, Exchange (DCM), or Derivatives Clearing Organization (DCO)
Ability to work autonomously, owning projects from conception to completion
Strong analytical skills, release planning and prioritizing with a can-do attitude
Proven experience in the product management landscape and the ability to translate business strategy initiatives into written product requirements and acceptance criteria
Strong team player who works well with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
Minimum education requirement: Bachelor's degree

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $93,500-$121,000, with actual compensation determined by job‑related factors such as skills, relevant experience, education, internal alignment, and location.
This role may also be eligible for annual incentive compensation and, where applicable, participation in Cboe's long-term equity programs.
