As a data compensation intern, you will Analyze data from multiple sources to surface patterns, anomalies, and opportunity areas and translate those findings into clear recommendations. Contribute to the design or refinement of dashboards, metrics frameworks, or reporting tools that teams actually use. Participate in discovery conversations and working sessions with business unit stakeholders preparing materials, capturing insights, and helping synthesize what you hear. Conduct structured research on industry practices, competitor data strategies, and market benchmarks relevant to our business unit partners

Qualifications Role Requirements:
Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program with a target graduation date of May 2027
Eligible candidates must be going into their senior year in Fall 2026
Minimum GPA of 3.0 and above
Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Economics, or a related field
Comfortable working with data proficient in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL, Python, or a BI tool (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
Strong written communication skills
Curiosity about AI and its application in enterprise contexts
Organized, self-directed, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a remote environment
Ability to work independently while communicating proactively
Prior internship or project experience involving data analysis or business intelligence work
Exposure to large language models, AI tools, or agentic AI concepts
Experience presenting findings or recommendations to an audience (class presentations count)
Familiarity with the insurance, financial services, or professional services industry
Able to work legally in the United States indefinitely and without Visa sponsorship

Compensation And Benefits Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that base salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).
Compensation: The hourly rate being offered for this role is $22-$25/hr USD.
This role is also eligible for over-time.
