Imagine opening KeyPath and immediately needing to understand:· What have I earned?
· Why did I earn it?
· What happens next?
· What is my current balance?
· What can I do with it?
· What happens if I move?
· What is a reward versus financial participation?
· What information should I trust?
Your job is to make those answers obvious.
How Does a Landlord Understand ROI?
A landlord may need to see:· tenant retention
· renewal risk
· reward spending
· maintenance behavior
· expected turnover savings
· property-level NOI impact
· integration health
The challenge is not displaying more data.
The challenge is displaying the right data in the right order.
How Should AI Recommendations Appear?

Your job is to help determine how that recommendation should be displayed so the user understands:· what the AI believes
· why
· how confident it is
· what action is recommended
· what the expected financial impact is
without making AI feel like a mysterious black box.
How Should Complex Agreements Become Understandable?
Housing and financial agreements can be intimidating.
KeyPath needs interfaces that make important information understandable before a user signs anything.
That can include:· plain-English summaries

What You Will Actually Do
You may:· Build user flows
· Create wireframes
· Design high-fidelity Figma screens
· Build clickable prototypes
· Design mobile and desktop experiences
· Conduct UX audits
· Review existing KeyPath screens
· Identify confusing or unnecessary steps
· Analyze user interview findings
· Run usability tests
· Observe users navigating prototypes
· Turn feedback into design changes
· Work with engineers during implementation
· Review implemented screens against designs
· Help maintain a reusable design system
· Design loading, error, empty, restricted, and partial-data states
· Improve accessibility and responsive behavior

Required Qualifications
You should have experience with:· Figma

You should also be able to show examples of previous design work.
Class projects are acceptable.

Coding experience is helpful but not required.
