About the Role – Vice President, Investment Team
 
As a Vice President, you will be deeply involved in the full investment lifecycle, from deal sourcing and due diligence to structuring transactions and portfolio management. You will work closely with the firm's leadership, management teams, and board members to drive strategic initiatives and create value.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
✔ Identify and evaluate investment opportunities
✔ Lead due diligence and investment analysis
✔ Structure and execute platform and add-on investments
✔ Support and oversee portfolio companies
✔ Participate in board meetings and strategic decision-making
✔ Mentor junior investment professionals
 
Who Should Apply?
 
We are looking for experienced professionals with:

✅ 3+ years in private equity + 2+ years in investment banking, strategy consulting, or transaction advisory
✅ Strong accounting, corporate finance, and investment judgment skills
✅ A pragmatic and analytical mindset with a creative approach to problem-solving
✅ Experience in technology, services, and tech-enabled investments (preferred)
✅ MBA preferred, but not required
